Melanie. Joan. Temple
[/color]Melanie. Joan. Temple
Name: Melanie Temple
Age (for vampires put how old they look): 19
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: White
Species (Human, Vampire, 2nd gen): 2nd Gen
Personality: Mel enjoys being a vampire... perhaps a little to much. She enjoys the power she has now, the fact that if something gets on her nerves or in her way she can simply kill it. As a human she was always treated like dirt by every one because she could never stand up for herself but now she can and its a rush. Shes got a quick temper and has no problem killing if you make her mad. She still has feelings, human emotions, sorrow, guilt and all that but it doesn't bother her much any more.
She has become exceptional deceptive. Shes a master of causing people to pity her. Shes found humans are suckers for her tail of woe. That is that she was turned by her boyfriend who betrayed her, thats a lie. Her deceitfulness combined with the unnatural allure that almost all vampires have makes it very easy for her to get close to humans. Some times she lets them live, sometimes she doesn't. It depends on her mood.
Hair Color: Dirty blond
Eye Color: Golden yellow
Description: Mel is tall and beautiful, she was always good looking but a vampire bite does wonders for your look. Shes lean and strong, her finger nails are slightly longer because she enjoys drawing blood when she hits people. She usually has a arrogant grin on her face. She has golden yellow eyes that are complemented by her blond hair. When she smiles you can see her fangs but from a distance she can pass for human if you dont notice her eyes.
History: Mel lived in a poor part of town. She was raised by her dad, he wasn't abusive but he wasn't exactly a good father figure either. Most people in her neighborhood had a low view of women and so she had a low view of herself. People treated her like dirt or some object and so she felt like dirt. She did however manage to slide through high-school which was more then she could say for most of her 'friends.' Life was going rather poorly for her until the asteroids hit.
When the vampires swept through she didn't hide like most. She fought them. She managed to beat one to death with a tire iron before she was bit but that vampire clearly admired something about her because it didn't finish her. When she woke up she was in an apartment with a boy. He was a friend of hers, the only one who had ever really been nice and cared about her. When he saw what she had become he put a gun to her head and expected her to go willingly into death. She broke his hand and then the gun. She offered to turn him, so they could live together in this new world. He refused, so she broke his arm. She asked again. He refused so she broke his ribs. She asked once more and again he refused. She took him to the roof and threw him off. If she couldn't have him no one could.
Mel always thought it was a shame he had to die like that. She had always liked him but if he couldn't live with being a vampire then he just had to die.
